Nicolas Feuillatte is a young Champagne Maison with a winemaking facility in the Grand Cru Chouilly, and has been ranked No. 1 in France in terms of sales volume in just over 30 years since its establishment in 1976. Today, it continues to be No. 1 in France. Nicolas Feuillatte is now known by Champagne lovers all over the world.

Nicolas Feuillatte’s success was not only due to the “quality of Champagnes”. Born in Paris to a family of prominent wine and spirits importers, Nicolas Feuillatte was known as a bold businessman. During his successful coffee business in the U.S., he made many VIP contacts, which is said to have led Nicolas Feuillatte to success.

Nicolas Feuillatte owns 340 pressing stations, where grapes can be transported to the vinification facility immediately after harvest, allowing for the pressing of healthy, unoxidized grapes. The company has invested heavily in maintaining consistent quality, with tanks with a capacity of up to 304,000 hectoliters, a bottling capacity of 20,000 bottles per hour, and 480 gyropalettes, a system dedicated to moving bottles.
In 2007, the company acquired ISO 22000 certification for its food safety risk management system, making it the fastest in Champagne to acquire this certification.

The cellar masters have controlled the quality of Nicolas Feuillatte since its establishment. Based on the “unique terroir, 3,000 hectares of vineyards, and selected high quality grapes,” the cellar masters’ creativity and mastery of the art of winemaking allows them to create an assemblage of the year’s clear wine and vast reserve wine.

The cuvée we are offering in plans that include Champagne is the “Palme d’Or Brut 2008”. This vintage Champagne is made from only the best grapes harvested and selected in the best vintage, and is considered to be Nicolas Feuillatte’s masterpiece. The blend of the “Palme d’Or” is made exclusively by the cellar master, and it is the longest aged Champagne in the Maison at 10 years. We invite you to enjoy the world of the Palme d’Or 2008 with a glass in hand.
