with prestigious Champagne Maisons, or Champagne houses,
making it The World’s First Official Champagne Hotel.
All eleven rooms in the hotel have been meticulously crafted
in conjunction with eleven prestigious Champagne Maisons,
allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of Champagne,
along with the history and culture of each Maison

Guest rooms are located on floors four to fourteen, with one room per floor, totaling eleven rooms. Each room features a luxurious “Infinity Bath” and everything in the rooms is one-of-a-kind and filled with the thoughts of each Champagne Maison. All eleven rooms are distinct “Cuvée Rooms” of their own. Also, only if you book the “Champagne included plan” from the official website, you will receive a special bottle of Champagne selected by each Champagne Maison.

At our restaurant, we are dedicated to the pursuit of the perfect pairing of ingredients, preparation, taste exploration, and ambiance, down to the smallest details, to create a unique culinary experience with Champagne. We aim to craft a unique and exclusive experience that weaves precious and luxurious moments. With only ten seats available, reservations will be required.

Dinner: 26,400 JPY
Lunch: 16,500 JPY

*Reservations for “AWA SUSHI” restaurant only will be accepted from 12:00 a.m., one month (31 days) before the date of use.
*Hotel guests dining with us for lunch may enjoy the benefit of checking in from 2:00 p.m., which is one hour earlier than the usual check-in time.

Indulge in an exquisite experience within our refined and minimalist ambiance. We offer a wide array of champagnes meticulously selected by our sommelier, from daily rotating pairing sets available by the glass to our premium champagne list. It can also be used by people other than hotel guests.

In my twenties, I had the pleasure of encountering Champagne, and I was enchanted by the delicacy of its flavors and the passion of Champagne Maisons. Fueled by the desire to promote Champagne culture in Japan, I began my journey. Beyond the sparkling gold bubbles lies the drama and history of a Maison that never ceases to captivate us. Through the haven of a hotel, I aim to convey the unique ambiance and philosophy of each Maison, along with their mesmerizing taste.

Architect

A beautifully refined space designed by
the world-renowned architect, Shinichi Ogawa.

The minimalist design space created by Mr. Ogawa is decorated with unique Champagne Maisons, each with its own story to tell. Ogawa’s minimalist design sets the stage, while distinctive Champagne Maison adds vibrant touches with its own story to tell.

Architect Shinichi Ogawa
Born in 1955 in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art. Studied at the Architecture Faculty of Washington State University. Lived in New York as an overseas artist trainee dispatched by the Agency of Cultural Affairs. Worked at Paul Rudolph’s office and Arquitectonica, New York. In 2014, he was one of ten Japanese architects selected to participate in the “Spain Japan Year 2014” exhibition of Japanese architects in Barcelona, Spain. He has won many domestic and international design awards and prizes in design competitions.
