From ingredients and preparation to taste exploration and ambiance creation, we’ve paid meticulous attention to every detail in pairing with champagne. We offer a special glass from over 200 high-quality champagnes to harmonize with each dish and piece of sushi. Counter seating for 10, reservations required.

From daily pairing sets to premium champagnes, we offer a wide range of options. Open to non-hotel guests as well.
