Guest rooms are located on floors four to fourteen, with one room per floor, totaling eleven rooms. Each room features a luxurious “Infinity Bath” and everything in the rooms is one-of-a-kind and filled with the thoughts of each Champagne Maison. All eleven rooms are distinct “Cuvée Rooms” of their own. Also, only if you book the “Champagne included plan” from the official website, you will receive a special bottle of Champagne selected by each Champagne Maison.

At our restaurant, we are dedicated to the pursuit of the perfect pairing of ingredients, preparation, taste exploration, and ambiance, down to the smallest details, to create a unique culinary experience with Champagne. We aim to craft a unique and exclusive experience that weaves precious and luxurious moments. With only ten seats available, reservations will be required.

*Hotel guests dining with us for lunch may enjoy the benefit of checking in from 2:00 p.m., which is one hour earlier than the usual check-in time.

Architect Shinichi Ogawa
Born in 1955 in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art. Studied at the Architecture Faculty of Washington State University. Lived in New York as an overseas artist trainee dispatched by the Agency of Cultural Affairs. Worked at Paul Rudolph’s office and Arquitectonica, New York. In 2014, he was one of ten Japanese architects selected to participate in the “Spain Japan Year 2014” exhibition of Japanese architects in Barcelona, Spain. He has won many domestic and international design awards and prizes in design competitions.
