Maker’s Dinner
A special lineup exclusive to Cuvée J2, offering an experience of the Champagne House “Jacquesson,” founded in 1798. Opportunities to experience the progression from standard releases to long-term aging in a single evening are rare, and the chance to have four types of Dégorgement Tardif together is exceptional even within Japan. At this Maker’s Dinner, please enjoy one standard release alongside four varieties of Dégorgement Tardif, accompanied by commentary from the importer.

Collaboration Dinner
We will be holding a special event in collaboration with the Japan office of the Champagne Committee, a quasi-governmental organization for Champagne in Japan. The aim is to provide a three-dimensional introduction to Champagne culture, while accurately communicating the appellation of origin and the system supporting the quality of Champagne, recent trends, and the classification of producers such as NM, CM, and RM, while linking it to the experience of taste.

Maker’s Dinner
A night to unveil the highly coveted limited cuvée, BOLLINGER B16. The B16 being served is a limited-edition bottle with very restricted distribution in Japan, drawing significant interest from enthusiasts. We aim to provide an “experience of understanding,” where guests can quietly listen to the philosophy and time distilled into this single bottle, which embodies BOLLINGER’s philosophy and craftsmanship.

Maker’s Dinner
We will be holding a Maker’s Dinner to commemorate Joseph Perrier’s 200th Anniversary. We have prepared a special champagne, “La Côte à la Bra 2014”, delivered exclusively to Cuvée J2 in Japan, along with two types of extremely rare 2008 vintage, and a commemorative magnum created to celebrate the 200th anniversary.

Champagne Dinner
For this 2nd anniversary celebration, we will be serving magnum bottles (double the standard capacity) that have been used for celebrations and special occasions throughout Europe since ancient times. Magnums age slowly, creating delicate and complex flavors, making them the perfect special bottle for a memorable toast. Enjoy this extraordinary moment created by the fusion of Edomae sushi and champagne.
