世界的に有名なシャンパーニュ企業に長年勤め、その後ビール事業に携わっていました。2014年にフランスのラグジュアリーブランド、J.M.ウェストンやボン・ポワンなどを所持するホールディング・カンパニーであるEPIグループの一つ、パイパー・エドシック＆シャルル・エドシック ジャパンに入社。販売・ブランディング強化のために、シャンパーニュ・ビジネスにおける２０年以上の経験を活かし、ホテルや百貨店でセミナーを開催、来⽇活動のマネージメントなど、さまざまな活動を行っています。

The sushi restaurant “AWA SUSHI” will welcome Charles Heidsieck Country Manager Juichi Homma as a guest, and will host a special dinner where you can enjoy the profound world of Charles Heidsieck with exquisite sushi created by “AWA SUSHI” head chef Eiji Tsujimoto. This event will be held. On the day of the event, we have prepared a gorgeous lineup of Charles Heidsieck. You can enjoy pairing sushi with a total of 5 brands including rosé and blanc de blancs. Among them, the highlight is the 2007 vintage of Blanc des Millenaires, which is an extremely rare item for champagne lovers as only seven vintages have been produced. This is a special cuvée that has been aged for a long time in the 2000-year-old limestone cellar “Clay Ale” and will be released at its peak.
