Is there a curfew for the entrance?
Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is no curfew.
Please note that for security reasons, the main entrance will be locked from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. (The entrance can be opened using your room key card.)
When is payment due for on-site payments?
Generally, accommodation fees and any incidental charges incurred during your stay are settled at the time of check-out. Please pay by cash or credit card.
Where is the front desk?
There are two automatic doors at the entrance. As you approach, each will open automatically, so please pass through them in order and take the elevator to the front desk on the 3rd floor.
Do you provide baby cribs?
Unfortunately, we do not provide baby cribs. Please also note that we do not accommodate children under the age of 13.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
When shipping luggage to the hotel, please be sure to write your check-in date and the name of the person who made the reservation on the shipping label.

Can I ship luggage from the hotel?
We can arrange shipment of your luggage from the hotel at the reception. Please complete the shipping form available at the reception and bring it to the reception desk.
Please note that we do not handle frozen or refrigerated shipments (cool delivery service). Thank you for your understanding.
