We do not provide over-the-counter medications, as doing so would violate the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask that you prepare any necessary medications before your trip or purchase them at a hospital or pharmacy.
We do have minor supplies available, such as adhesive bandages and disinfectants.

Can I ship luggage from the hotel?

We can arrange shipment of your luggage from the hotel at the reception. Please complete the shipping form available at the reception and bring it to the reception desk.
Please note that we do not handle frozen or refrigerated shipments (cool delivery service). Thank you for your understanding.
