If you have a preference for the recipient name, please inform us on the day.
※For advance payment, please confirm with the platform where you made your reservation.
※We generally do not reissue receipts in cases of loss.

How can I pay the cancellation fee?

■ For guests who booked via our official website
(You can confirm, modify, or cancel your reservation.)
*Please have your reservation number (shown in the email sent upon completion of your booking) and your registered email address ready.

■ For guests who booked through channels other than the above
Please check with your booking provider.
Please note that the hotel is unable to process reservation changes or cancellations.
*We can accept requests for new or additional reservations; if you wish to do so, please contact Reservations.

Please provide information regarding the invoice system.

For payments made directly at the hotel (cash or credit card), we will issue an itemized receipt. Please provide the desired name for the receipt to our staff upon check-in.
If no direct payment is made at the hotel (online credit card payment, travel agency coupons, vouchers, etc.), the hotel cannot issue a receipt. Please contact your booking site to request a receipt.
