What should I do if I wish to delay my check-in time?
Please contact the hotel if you expect to arrive after 22:00. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Are children’s pajamas available?
We kindly ask that children under the age of 13 refrain from staying at our hotel.
When can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.

Are there restrooms in the guest rooms?
All rooms are equipped with toilets featuring warm-water bidet functions.
Can I use the hot spring and large public bath for a day visit?
We regret that we do not have a large communal bath.
How many days does it take to receive a reply to an inquiry email?
We typically respond to inquiry emails within 1 to 2 days. However, please note that it may take slightly longer during periods of high inquiry volume.
