Encountering champagne in his 20s, he was captivated by the delicate flavors and passion of the producers, and began his mission to spread champagne culture in Japan.
Behind the golden sparkle of bubbles lies the compelling drama of each Maison (producer). Through the relaxing atmosphere of a “hotel”, we deliver the worldview of each Maison, the deliciousness and charm of champagne.
