For changes or cancellations to your reservation, please complete the procedure through the channel where you made your booking. If you are unsure, please contact us by phone or email. *Changes to room type or number of guests may not be accommodated depending on availability. *A price difference may apply depending on the changes.

We accept changes at any time, but please notify us of any changes to the number of guests by the day before your arrival. (Please note, however, that if the number of guests per room increases or decreases, the room rate may change.)

Our hotel policy does not permit guests under 13 years of age. Guests 13 years and older are counted as one adult.

Depending on the plan, reservations for plans on our official website can also be made by phone. However, plans that require online booking cannot be reserved by phone. In addition, we are unable to accept plans offered by travel agencies. Thank you for your understanding. Changes and cancellations can also be handled by phone, but if your reservation was made through a travel agency, we cannot process it. Please contact your booking provider directly.
