As we are unable to verify your reservation status through the chatbot, please contact us by phone if you wish to cancel your reservation due to natural disasters or disruptions in public transportation.

We accept changes at any time, but please notify us of any changes to the number of guests by the day before your arrival.
(Please note, however, that if the number of guests per room increases or decreases, the room rate may change.)
All rooms except the BOLLINGER Room on the top floor can accommodate three or four guests.

Our hotel policy does not permit guests under 13 years of age. Guests 13 years and older are counted as one adult.
Depending on the plan, reservations for plans listed on our official website can be made by phone. However, plans that require online booking cannot be reserved by phone.
Additionally, we are unable to accept reservations for plans offered through travel agencies. We appreciate your understanding. While modifications and cancellations can be processed by phone, we cannot handle changes for reservations made through travel agencies. Please contact your booking agent directly.
