We apologize, but the maximum occupancy at our hotel is four guests. We do not offer large-capacity rooms.

All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and wine cellar. Beverages are provided in your room's refrigerator. Additionally, all rooms feature a water purifier for your use.
Is complimentary Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms. Please inquire upon arrival if you have any questions regarding the connection.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Connecting rooms are not available due to our one-room-per-floor structure.
Do you have hair irons available for loan?
We have hair irons (curling and straightening) available for loan. Please inquire at the front desk. Please note that quantities are limited.
There is an issue with an in-room amenity (e.g., the refrigerator is not cooling, the lights do not turn on, there is no hot water, etc.).

Do you have a Blu-ray player?
We regret to inform you that we do not offer Blu-ray or DVD player rentals.
Do you have a toothbrush set?

May I bring visitors to my room?
We apologize, but for security, safety, and fire prevention reasons, access to guest rooms and guest room floors is restricted to registered hotel guests only. Please meet your visitors at the reception.
