Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are available for parties of three or more guests (excluding certain guest rooms). Guest rooms on floors other than the 14th floor can accommodate up to four guests per room.
Is there a television?
All guest rooms are equipped with projectors (only the 14th floor BOLLINGER Room has a television). You may use these to watch television.
Do you provide baby cribs?
Unfortunately, we do not provide baby cribs. Please also note that we do not accommodate children under the age of 13.
Is there air conditioning?
All rooms feature individual climate control, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference.
Do you provide pajamas?
Room wear is provided in your guest room.
How large are the guest rooms?
Rooms from the 4th to the 13th floor are 51 m². The 14th floor, which is the top floor, is 37 m².
Do you provide skincare products (toner, facial cleanser, makeup remover)?
We provide Three skincare products.
Are there rooms available for four guests?
All rooms except the BOLLINGER Room on the top floor can accommodate three or four guests.
Do you have hair styling products?
We apologize, but hair styling products are not available at our hotel.
Are the guest rooms soundproofed?
Our hotel features a unique layout with only one room per floor, ensuring a private space for our guests. As such, you can relax comfortably without having to worry about noise from other guests.
