Take the
Osaka Monorail from Itami Airport Station to Senri-Chuo Station, then transfer to the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line (direct to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line) to Shinsaibashi Station. Alternatively, take the Airport Limousine Bus to Namba Station (the stop after Namba OCAT) and take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line for one stop to Shinsaibashi.
