With the sponsorship of a Champagne Maison (producer), a special dinner of a different Maison is held each month.
Enjoy comparing the champagnes from each maison with sushi at the sushi restaurant “AWA SUSHI”.

Maker’s Dinner
“Chronothèque” is a vintage collection on the theme of long aging, which NICOLAS FEUILLATTE announced for the first time since the Maison was founded. At this event, we will offer a total of 5 types, including the Maison’s symbol, “Palmes d’Or” 2008 (Brut and Rosé). On the day, welcome Mr. Jean-François Lagarde and enjoy a special moment while experiencing the time behind the champagne and the Maison’s thoughts.

A maker’s dinner where you can experience the charm of champagne. In July, we will feature “TELMONT / TELMONT”, whose sustainable management policy is highly regarded around the world. While talking about the history and charm of Telmont, you can casually enjoy a course of Telmont champagne and creative Edomae sushi, which is limited to this day only.

You can casually enjoy a course of Taittinger champagne and creative Edomae sushi, which is limited to this day only, while listening to Ms. Midori Foret, the ambassador of Taittinger, talk about the history and charm of Taittinger.

On December 31st, Cuvee J2 will hold a special event “Soba Shan” exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. Please enjoy New Year’s Eve Soba and Champagne while welcoming the New Year with elegance.
In December, we will hold a special dinner featuring “RARE CHAMPAGNE (RARE CHAMPAGNE)”. We will welcome Mr. Hisakazu Honma, Country Manager of RARE CHAMPAGNE, to deliver a special experience related to each champagne.

In November, we will hold a special dinner featuring “BOLLINNGER (BOLLINGER)”, the ultimate champagne loved by James Bond. Enjoy the marriage of creative Edomae sushi and the profound world of “BOLLINNGER”.
For a limited time from October 25 (Fri) to 27 (Sun), 2024, we will be offering a special lunch and dinner combining sushi and French cuisine at the sushi restaurant “AWA SUSHI” on the 2nd floor.
In October, to coincide with “Champagne Day”, we will hold a special dinner featuring the champagne maison “NICOLAS FEUILLATTE (Nicolas Feuillatte)”.

For guests staying in the “Jean Vesselle Room” on the 7th floor during September, and for those who order Jean Vesselle Cruise or AWA MARIE at “AWA SUSHI”, we are giving away Jean Vesselle glasses.
In August, we will collaborate with Telmont to hold a special dinner. Please enjoy Telmont’s champagne, which is particular about “sustainability” and quality, along with the exquisite sushi created by the “AWA SUSHI” chef.
