In collaboration with a Champagne house (producer), we will be holding a special one-night-only dinner at our sushi restaurant, “AWA SUSHI”.
Please enjoy comparing the champagnes that each house boasts, along with sushi.

[4/10 (Fri)] BOLLINNGER Maker’s Dinner
An evening to unravel the coveted limited cuvée, BOLLINNGER B16 (B-Seize). The B16 offered this time is a limited bottle with a limited distribution in Japan, and is attracting high interest from enthusiasts. We aim for an “experience of understanding” that quietly listens to the philosophy and time behind a single bottle that condenses BOLLINNGER’s philosophy and craftsmanship.

[3/14 (Sat)] CHARLES HEIDSIECK
Maker’s Dinner

A limited dinner to fulfill White Day as an experience gift with 5 rare cuvées realized by Cuvée J2. You can experience the characteristics unique to the Maison CHARLES HEIDSIECK, such as the thickness of the reserve wine that has been aged for a long time in the 40-meter underground crayères and the difference in taste for each vintage.

[Feb 13 (Fri)] Joseph Perrier 200th Anniversary
Maker’s Dinner

We will be holding a Maker’s Dinner to commemorate Joseph Perrier’s 200th Anniversary. We have prepared a special champagne, “La Côte à la Bra 2014”, delivered exclusively to Cuvée J2 in Japan, along with two types of extremely rare 2008 vintage, and a commemorative magnum created to celebrate the 200th anniversary.

Champagne Dinner

For this 2nd anniversary celebration, we will be serving magnum bottles (double the standard capacity) that have been used for celebrations and special occasions throughout Europe since ancient times. Magnums age slowly, creating delicate and complex flavors, making them the perfect special bottle for a memorable toast. Enjoy this extraordinary moment created by the fusion of Edomae sushi and champagne.
