We offer over 200 varieties of carefully selected, top-quality Champagne (Cuvée). Unique to AWA SUSHI, you can casually enjoy the stories of diverse Maisons by savoring 5 different Champagnes by the glass daily.
Our most popular offering is the monthly changing Champagne tasting flight course, carefully selected by our sommelier.
In addition to Champagne, we also offer Japanese sake, non-alcoholic drinks, and more.
Head Chef Ayumi Abe
Chef – Ayumi Abe
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1983. After graduating high school, she began her career as a chef at a traditional Japanese restaurant (ryotei) in her hometown Fukuoka. Aspiring to spread Japanese sushi culture globally, she started her career as a sushi chef in Ginza. She served as head chef in Shanghai, earning high praise for offering authentic Edomae sushi to diverse guests. In August 2024, she was appointed Head Chef of “AWA SUSHI”. As a sushi chef captivating global customers with her delicate yet bold sensibility, she takes on the challenge of pairing sushi with Champagne.
